Service Description

12 VIRTUAL TRAINING SESSIONS FOR 60 MINS. Meal plan to assist with nutrition. A training program personalized to your goals. Free t-shirt and water bottle for all new clients.

Cancelation Policy

Due to the expansion of VFT, we no longer have flexibility for lateness or cancelations. Sessions are set a week in advance, if any changes need to be made they should be before setting a scheduled time. Reschedules are not allowed, you will be able to make your session up at the end of your scheduled 12 sessions. If late, you will only be able to train during your scheduled time. Cancelations need to be made 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your consideration.
